Random.org will be used to determine which card each spot will receive prior to the opening. 

- Each Spot will receive 1 Card. 

- Case will be opened, and boxes will be numbered prior to the list randomizations. 

- "Names" list be be randomized, then "Card" list, they will be matched up to determine which card each spot receives. 

- Top Card is one of the following: Base Card, Parallel, Insert (Kaboom), or Memorabilia card. 

- Bottom Card is the Autograph. 

- If there are more than 2 cards in the box, the Top Card Spot gets the extra card(s). 

- For any condition not covered here, Hitman Rips will make the best decision based on fairness at his own discretion. All decisions are Final.

  • Breaks are conducted live and recorded on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/@HitmanRips/streams) to ensure transparency and verification.

  • You are purchasing participation in a live break, not specific cards, hits, or outcomes.

  • No results, hits, or values are guaranteed. All outcomes are determined by chance.

  • If no cards are pulled for your assigned spot during the break, a pack or card(s) will be provided as a courtesy. This courtesy item has no guaranteed value.

  • All sales are final once the break has been randomized or completed. No refunds are issued after that point.

  • Dissatisfaction with the outcome of a break does not constitute a failure to provide the advertised service.

  • Recorded break footage and Random.org results constitute proof that the service was performed as described.

  • This activity is not gambling or wagering under Nevada law. No money is risked on the outcome of a contest, sporting event, or game of chance, and no prizes or payouts are awarded based on wagers. Participants receive collectible cards as part of a purchased entertainment and fulfillment service.
